Cushman & Wakefield has advised TH Real Estate’s European Cities Fund in the acquisition of 50 percent of the leading Finnish shopping centre Kamppi. Kamppi is located in the heart of Helsinki and the total lettable area is about 44,700 sq m. The transaction is one of the largest single asset transactions ever in Finland.
